Al Reem Island, Abu Dhabi
Al Reem Island, Abu Dhabi

I live in the beautiful Reem island.

This lovely modern island is closest to Al Maryah island and due to Abu Dhabi Global Market(ADGM) , It’s a financial district of Abu Dhabi .

Because businesses under ADGM follow the English common law, Reem & Maryah Islands attract globally Hedge funds, Asset managers, Fintech firms , Businesses as well as Family offices.

These are all high-income, globally mobile professionals. Its a progressive waterfront modern city of hardworking individuals with a touch of culture, kindness, and prosperity.

High Rise Urban Lifestyle with a touch of Nature and Culture

I love the infrastructure here , high rise urban lifestyle but still close to waterfront due to mangroves, promenades, canals & seafront views (towards Saadiyat island and Mangrove Marine National Park).

The Reem Central Park is a beautiful waterfront location where all Reem island residents come to enjoy the lively F&Bs , fitness enthusiasts , family dinners and kids and pets playing making it an enjoyable time spent amid the busy city life.

Once you are in the serenity of Reem Central Park you almost forget you are in an urban city , you can choose to go for a boat ride, kayaking, sip a coffee at the always busy coffee shops or just walk around the area for the fresh mangrove air...

Malls, Schools, Hospitals

Families and professionals both enjoy here because it has everything for everyone. This small but big enough island has Reem mall, Shams Boutik Mall , Galeria mall close by in Maryah island & Abu Dhabi Mall in the Abu Dhabi City.

Multiple hospitals including Burjeel hospital, Reem hospital and the Cleveland hospital is nearby for world class healthcare options. Repton School, Sorbonne University and multiple nurseries facilitate education options.

The proximity to city is great as 3 bridges connect it to Abu Dhabi City mainland , Um Yifeenah bridge connects it to E10 highway from the other side and the latest Saadiyat bridge connects it to Saadiyat island towards north.

Real Estate here

Reem island has 92% occupancy rate and extremely high demand for housing for incoming population of professionals. The demand will only grow due to its location, facilities and easy lifestyle and limited apartments.

About 40,000 professionals are employed in Reem & Maryah island, and with more businesses starting every month, more people want to move in here...

This is a growing city , developers understand its importance and multiple projects are launching. Investment here will lead to a stable asset with solid rental income that will earn you passive income for decades to come.

Invest in this wonderful city to grow your wealth, this is one of its kind city and now is the time before prices rise even further! I am just a message away to suggest best options in reem today.
